Financial investments

How can you avoid losing money on your pensions and financial investments when stock markets fall?

Ok, we admit it’s not totally straight forward (dealing with investments rarely is), but the main point is this:-

At all times there is something that you can be invested in, that is making money – the trick is to identify what that is in advance.

Can you be certain?

Absolutely not – however, based on our extensive knowledge and watchful eye on the markets, together with several specialist analysts, we can make highly educated decisions.

If you believe there is a high chance that you will probably lose money on your pensions and investment portfolio by staying invested in a particular asset (for example, the UK stock market), why would you continue to do so? Would you have been better off in cash from September 2007 until February 2009?  So, we only invest your money in assets we believe will make money over the next 1-2 months.

What makes you different to other financial advisers?

  • 99% of independent financial advisers will invest your money and leave it in the same funds for the long-term.  However, we do not advise our millionaire clients in the normal way.
  • Very simply, we proactively manage money.  We only have money invested in areas that we believe are going to make money over the next few months.  Not years!
  • By trading investments, rather than holding on to them for the long-term, we have achieved significantly higher returns than many more recognised investment portfolio managers for our clients.

I’m not sure if financial investments are for me?

If you want to find out how ‘risk averse’ you are (or maybe, aren’t), you can complete a FinaMetrica risk profiling form with us as part of your financial advice.  This will help you ascertain how much risk you are prepared to take with your money.  We need to be sure that we pick the right investment portfolio that matches your financial plan.
