How Our MD Got To ZERO UK Income Tax

Tax Residency Video

Our MD Has personally used this process

The Problem

Two things stand between you and zero tax on your income

Most people know this is possible. Very few manage to do it correctly. Here is why.

You are still paying tax you no longer owe

Most location-independent earners continue paying full income tax in their home country — not because they have to, but because they have never formally exited their tax position. Every year without action is a year of avoidable cost.

The default is always to stay in the system. Tax authorities do not write to tell you that you could leave. The process to exit is complex enough that most people never start — and the longer you leave it, the more ties accumulate that make exit harder.
At $80,000 income with a 40% tax rate, every year of inaction costs $32,000. At $200,000, it costs $90,000. The one-time fee to resolve this is recovered within weeks of your new arrangement taking effect.
Not without risk. Tax authorities are increasingly focusing on location-independent workers. An undocumented tax residency certificate is an invitation to audit. A formal territorial tax residency gives you a clean, defensible answer to any authority that asks.

Most providers cannot protect you when it matters

Local residency firms in non-UK jurisdictions typically have no public accountability, no security standards, and no way for you to verify who you are dealing with. A failed application wastes your trip. A document emailed by mistake puts your identity at risk. There is no recourse.

A missing apostille. An incorrectly certified translation. Documents submitted in the wrong sequence. Any one of these causes on-the-spot rejection — with no opportunity to correct it in the room, no refund on travel already paid, and a process that must restart from zero.
The industry standard is to email passports, birth certificates and criminal record documents. If intercepted, that data cannot be recovered. Bluebond operates exclusively through an encrypted, password-protected portal. Your documents never travel by email.
Residency does not manage itself. Mandatory annual declarations must be filed — including zero-value ones. Miss one, and your residency status is quietly at risk. Most clients who manage this independently discover this rule only after they have already breached it.
The cost of doing it yourself or choosing the wrong partner

It is not just the tax you lose.
It is everything that tax could have been used for.

Every $10,000 you pay in tax is $10,000 that is not invested, not compounding, not building your future. Over 20 years at a modest 5% return, the real cost of inaction is not what you pay — it is what you never build.

Stage 1 Get Your Solution Report
Weeks 1–2

  • Personalised document checklist
  • Step-by-step process guide with timelines

Stage 2 Pre Screening

Most providers skip this step. That is why most failed applications are discovered at the first office visit.
Stage 3 Onboarding

Once cleared, you are assigned a dedicated case manager who guides you through document preparation and apostille requirements before your first trip to Paraguay.
  • Dedicated case manager assigned

Stage 4 Your In-Country Visits
Months 1–4 · 2–3 trips required
$3,970
Two to three short trips — typically 3–5 days each. Our local partner team meets you at the airport on every visit and accompanies you to every appointment. All translations included across all trips. Between visits managed remotely via portal.
Clients who plan for only one visit are frequently caught off guard. We set realistic expectations from the start.
Stage 5 Annual Filing Arrangements
After residency
Client arranged
You will need to appoint a locally licensed Paraguayan accountant to handle your annual declarations and keep you informed of relevant regulatory changes.
Missing a mandatory annual filing — even a zero-value one — can quietly invalidate your residency. Most clients who manage this alone discover this too late.
Why Bluebond

Not all providers can protect you when it matters

Getting this wrong is costly. Incorrect documents, missed deadlines, or a single untranslated certificate can void your entire application — no refund, no recourse. Most clients who come to us have already tried once elsewhere and failed.

Why Bluebond

Not all providers can protect you when it matters.

UK-based. Professionally accountable. Personally experienced. Tap any card to see what that actually means in practice.

No documents ever sent by email

Your passport, birth certificate and sensitive documents are handled exclusively through our encrypted portal. The industry sends these by email. We never have, and we never will.

+ Why this matters

Most local providers in non-UK jurisdictions ask clients to email their passport, birth certificate, and criminal record check — often to personal email addresses, sometimes to WhatsApp. If that data is intercepted, it cannot be recovered. Identity fraud using these documents can persist for years.

Our encrypted portal is IP-protected with a 3-device cap. Access is restricted, logged, and monitored. We hold UK GDPR-compliant Data Processing Agreements with every third party who handles your data.

Our professional affiliations and standards

Part of the Bluebond Group — a UK-based firm with professional body affiliations and a five-star public rating. Accountability you can independently verify before you spend a penny.

+ What this means for you

Our MD has done this himself

Our Founder is personally tax resident through this exact process. He built this service because he saw how much could go wrong — and how much better it could be.

+ The full story

Our MD went through the Paraguay residency process before Bluebond offered this service. He experienced first-hand the lack of clear guidance, the document confusion, and the anxiety of navigating foreign government offices alone.

This service was built around the process he wished existed. Every feature — the pre-screening, the portal, the airport collection — solves a real problem he personally encountered.

Accompanied on every visit

Our in-country agent meets you at the airport on every trip, accompanies you to every appointment, and has direct relationships inside the relevant authorities.

+ What accompaniment includes

Airport collection on arrival. Transport to every office. Translation of all verbal exchanges in real time. Preparation of any forms on-site. Buffer between you and any complications that arise during the appointment.

Our agent has processed dozens of applications and knows the specific requirements of each government office — including unofficial preferences that are never written down.

No language barriers

Our Operations Director is bilingual. Our in-country agent speaks perfect English. You will not need to communicate in a foreign language at any point.

+ Why language matters here

Every document in-country is in Spanish. Every government form, every appointment, every instruction from officials — in Spanish. Clients who attempt this independently frequently submit incorrect translations or misunderstand procedural instructions.

A single mistranslation on a certified document can cause on-the-spot rejection. Our Operations Director personally reviews all English-to-Spanish document translations before submission.

Fixed fee. Zero hidden costs.

One price per stage. No hourly rates. No charges that appear mid-process. The price you see is the price you pay — and it does not change.

+ How our pricing works

Most local firms quote a headline fee and then bill hourly for translations, notarisations, government office queues, and complications. By the end, the real cost is frequently 40–60% above the original quote — with no warning until the invoice arrives.

Our fee is fixed at $3,970. All in-country costs, all translations, all trips are included. The only variables are your flights and accommodation — which we help you plan.
FAQs

Questions people ask before they start

The basics
Is this legal?
Yes. Territorial tax systems are well-established in international law and have operated continuously for decades. Paraguay's territorial system has been enshrined in law since 1991 (Ley 125/91). We help you establish a legal, formal tax residency in a country that only taxes income generated within its own borders — though your overall tax outcome also depends on properly meeting your own home country's exit rules, covered in the Home Country Tax Exit section below.
What is a territorial tax system?
A territorial tax system means a country only taxes income earned within its own borders. Income earned from clients, investments, or businesses outside that country is simply not subject to tax there. Paraguay has operated this system since 1991. It is the explicit design of the tax code, not a loophole.
Who is this service for?
Location-independent professionals — remote workers, freelancers, online entrepreneurs, investors, and business owners — who pay income tax in a high-tax country but spend less than 183 days per year there. If you earn internationally and are not tied to one country, you may qualify.
Who is this service NOT for?
US citizens and US Green Card holders. The United States taxes its citizens on worldwide income regardless of where they live. Our service is also not suited to people who spend more than 183 days per year in a single country, or those with complex home-country ties they are not willing to sever.
Do I need to be a digital nomad?
No. Our clients include remote professionals, online entrepreneurs, investors, and high earners of all kinds. The core requirement is simple: fewer than 183 days per year in any other country and a meaningful tax bill. You do not need to live out of a backpack.
How much do I need to earn to make this worthwhile?
We recommend a minimum annual income tax bill of $10,000. Below this, the one-time service fee may not be recovered quickly enough to make financial sense. Above $20,000 in annual tax, the case is compelling from year one.
Which jurisdictions do you work with?
Our primary scheme is Paraguay — territorial tax, minimal presence requirements, and a process completed in 2–3 short trips. Our secondary scheme is Cyprus, suited to those who prefer a European base. Full details and a side-by-side comparison are in your Solution Report.
Why Paraguay specifically?
Paraguay has operated a full territorial tax system since 1991, requires no minimum investment, no property purchase, no business registration, and can be completed in 2–3 short visits of 3–5 days each. No other commonly promoted jurisdiction combines all these attributes.
Is there a minimum income requirement?
No formal minimum income — but the financial case becomes compelling at $10,000+ in annual income tax. The one-time service fee is $3,970. On $15,000 in annual tax, it is recovered in under three months. On $50,000, it is recovered in under four weeks.
The process
How long does the full process take?
Most clients complete the process in 3–6 months from first contact to receiving their tax residency certificate. It requires two to three short trips to Asunción — typically 3–5 days each. Your personalised Solution Report includes a specific timeline for your situation.
How many trips to Paraguay are required?
Two trips for most clients. The first trip (3–5 days) handles document submission and medical examination. The second trip (2–3 days, 4–8 weeks later) handles collection of your Cédula (ID card) and tax registration. A third trip is only needed in exceptional circumstances.
Do I need to speak Spanish?
Not at all. Our in-country agent speaks perfect English and accompanies you to every appointment. Our Operations Director is also bilingual. You will not need to communicate in Spanish at any point during your visits.
What happens on the first trip?
Your agent meets you at the airport, drives you to your hotel, and guides you to every appointment: medical examination, biometrics, and document submission to the Dirección Nacional de Migraciones (DNM). Plan to arrive on a Sunday so appointments begin Monday morning.
What happens between trips?
Everything is managed remotely via your secure portal. Our agent monitors your application progress, liaises with the DNM on your behalf, and notifies you when your Temporary Residency is approved and you are ready for the second visit.
What happens on the second trip?
You collect your Cédula (Paraguayan identity card) in person — this cannot be delegated. You then complete RUC (tax ID) registration and sign a notarised Power of Attorney for ongoing compliance. This trip is typically 2–3 days.
What is the pre-screening step?
Before you invest time in document preparation or book any flights, our in-country agent reviews your background and confirms you are eligible to apply. This step exists because a disqualifying issue discovered in Asunción means a wasted trip. Pre-screening costs $97 and issues written clearance within 3–5 business days.
Can my application be rejected?
Disqualifying factors include an unspent criminal conviction, certain immigration history, or documents that cannot be authenticated correctly. This is exactly why we run pre-screening first — to identify any issues before you travel or commit to the full service.
What is a Cédula?
A Cédula is a Paraguayan national identity card. It is issued after your Temporary Residency is approved and is one of the core documents required to complete your tax residency registration. You must collect it in person.
What is a RUC?
RUC stands for Registro Único de Contribuyentes — Paraguay's unified taxpayer registry. Registering your RUC is the step that formally establishes your tax identity in Paraguay and is required to obtain your Fiscal Residency Certificate.
What is the Fiscal Residency Certificate?
The Certificado de Residencia Fiscal is the official document confirming your status as a Paraguayan tax resident under the territorial tax system. This is the primary document you will use to evidence your tax residency to any authority that asks.
What is Temporary Residency and how does it differ from Permanent Residency?
Temporary Residency is granted first and is valid for two years. Before it expires, you must return to Paraguay to convert it to Permanent Residency (valid for ten years). You are responsible for tracking this deadline and arranging the conversion — missing the window means restarting the full application.
What happens if my application is delayed?
Processing timelines at the DNM are generally 30–45 days. Delays are usually caused by administrative backlog, not issues with your application. Our agent monitors progress and escalates where possible. Your portal is updated throughout.
Do I need to visit every year to maintain my residency?
There is no prescribed minimum period of physical presence in Paraguay. As a matter of best practice, however, we advise clients to spend a few days in the country within the two-year term in order to support the substance of their residency.
How is my residency maintained long-term?
You will need to appoint a locally licensed Paraguayan accountant to handle your annual declarations and keep you informed of any relevant regulatory changes.
Documents
What documents do I need to prepare?
The core documents are: valid passport (6+ months remaining), apostilled birth certificate, apostilled criminal record certificate from every country you have lived in for more than 1 year in the past 3 years, INTERPOL clearance certificate, proof of address, and civil status documents. Your personalised checklist is in your Solution Report.
What is an apostille and how do I get one?
An apostille is an international certification that authenticates a document for use in countries that are party to the Hague Apostille Convention. In the UK, apostilles are issued by the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO). The process typically takes 3–5 business days. We guide you through the exact process for each document.
What is the INTERPOL clearance certificate?
The INTERPOL (International Criminal Police Organization) clearance certificate confirms you have no record on the INTERPOL international criminal database. In the UK, this is obtained through the National Central Bureau (NCB) via the Metropolitan Police Service. Allow 4–6 weeks. It is the longest-lead-time document in the process — start it immediately.
Why do I need a criminal record certificate from every country I've lived in?
Paraguay Law 6984/2022 requires a criminal record certificate from every country where you have lived for more than 1 year in the past 3 years — not just your home country. This surprises many clients who have lived abroad. Our pre-screening step identifies exactly which certificates you need.
What type of criminal record certificate do I need if I am from the UK?
You need an ACRO Police Certificate — not a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check. DBS checks are not accepted by the Paraguayan DNM. This is one of the most common mistakes made by applicants using unspecialised services. We specify exactly what is required for your nationality.
How long does it take to get all the documents together?
Allow 4–8 weeks from starting document preparation to having everything ready. The INTERPOL certificate is typically the longest-lead item at 4–6 weeks. Start it as soon as pre-screening clears. We do not confirm you are ready to travel until every document in your file has been verified.
Do I need to send my documents by email?
Never. All documents are uploaded exclusively through your encrypted, password-protected client portal. No document is ever sent or received by email at any stage of the process. This is a deliberate security and GDPR standard — not just a preference.
Who translates my documents into Spanish?
Our in-country agent arranges all certified Spanish translations in Asunción. Paraguay's DNM requires translations by sworn translators registered in Paraguay specifically — translations by translators certified in your home country are not accepted. You do not need to arrange any translations before you travel.
What is a Power of Attorney (Poder Notarial)?
A Power of Attorney is a legally executed document authorising our Paraguayan agent to act on your behalf with specific government authorities (DNM, Departamento de Identificaciones, DNIT) for specified purposes. We draft the correct form — you sign it before a notary in your home country before your first trip.
Do I need to provide proof of income?
A recent bank statement demonstrating financial means is typically required. Paraguay's requirement is relatively light — it is to show you can support yourself without working locally, not a strict income test. We specify exactly what is needed for your situation.
What is the arrival slip (Comprobante de Entrada)?
This is the small document issued at immigration control when you enter Paraguay. It proves your legal entry date and is required for the DNM application. Do not discard it. Our agent reminds you as you exit the airport — this is one of the most easily avoided but common errors.
Costs & pricing
What does the Solution Report cost?
$97 one-time. It includes portal entry, your personalised document checklist, step-by-step process guide, home country exit rules summary, jurisdiction details, and the pre-screening questionnaire. The $97 is credited in full toward the done-for-you service if you proceed.
What does the pre-screening cost?
$97 one-time. Our in-country agent reviews your background and documents and issues written eligibility confirmation within 3–5 business days. This step protects you from a failed trip and a wasted investment.
What does the full done-for-you service cost?
$3,970 one-time, fixed price. This covers all in-country costs: your agent's time on every visit, medical examination, document translations, DNM submission, Cédula application, RUC registration, and Power of Attorney preparation. It excludes flights and accommodation.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. The $3,970 covers all in-country costs listed above. You arrange and pay for your own flights and accommodation in Paraguay. We recommend 4–5 nights for the first trip and 3 nights for the second. Asunción hotels run approximately $50–150/night for comfortable mid-range options.
Is the $97 Solution Report refundable?
No — it is delivered immediately as a personalised document. However, if you proceed to the full service, the $97 is credited in full against the $3,970.
Is the $97 pre-screening fee refundable?
If pre-screening identifies a disqualifying issue that prevents you from proceeding, our partial refund policy is set out in your client agreement before you pay. We are transparent about this before any money is exchanged.
Can I pay in instalments?
The Solution Report, portal entry and pre-screening questionnaire are included in the single $97 payment. We do not currently offer an instalment plan for the full service ($3,970), but we do accept all major cards and payment via Stripe. If payment structure is a concern, contact us before purchasing.
How quickly is the service fee recovered in tax savings?
On $20,000 annual income tax, the $3,970 fee is recovered in approximately 2.5 months. On $50,000 annual tax, it is recovered in under 4 weeks.
Is there a discount for couples or groups?
We offer a reduced rate for couples or groups travelling together on the same batch visit — contact us for details. Group processing significantly reduces the per-person in-country cost.
Home country tax exit
Does obtaining Paraguay residency automatically end my home-country tax obligations?
No. Obtaining a Paraguay tax residency certificate is one part of the equation. You must also formally exit your home country's tax system under its own rules. The rules vary significantly by country. Your Solution Report includes a summary of your home country's exit requirements.
What are the exit rules for UK residents?
The UK uses a Statutory Residence Test (SRT) with three sequential tests. To become non-UK resident, you must fail the Automatic Residence Test and pass the Automatic Overseas Test (typically fewer than 16 days in the UK per tax year if previously UK resident). Ties to the UK — family, accommodation, work — affect the day count. Paraguay residency alone is not sufficient. UK-specific detail is in your Solution Report.
What are the exit rules for German residents?
Germany applies an aggressive tax exit framework. It tests for habitual abode and domicile, and has specific exit tax provisions. German residents should seek specialist German tax advice before proceeding. Bluebond strongly recommends independent German tax counsel for all German clients.
What are the exit rules for French residents?
France applies a domicile concept based on where your household, professional activity, and centre of economic interests are located. Exiting French tax residency requires more than obtaining a foreign certificate — physical and economic ties must genuinely shift. Independent French tax advice is recommended.
What are the exit rules for Australian residents?
Australia applies an 'ordinarily resident' test based on the totality of circumstances, including intent. Australia also imposes exit CGT (capital gains tax) on departure on certain assets. Australian clients should take specialist Australian tax advice before proceeding.
Will I still owe tax in my home country after obtaining Paraguay residency?
Potentially, until you have also met your home country's exit conditions. Some home-country tax obligations (such as income from property you own there, or pensions) may persist regardless. Bluebond takes no liability for your home-country tax position — we provide general guidance and strongly recommend local advice.
Does Spain recognise Paraguay residency for tax purposes?
Spain maintains a list of non-cooperative jurisdictions. If Paraguay is on Spain's list, Spanish residents may continue to be taxed in Spain for up to 5 years after departure, regardless of a Paraguay certificate. Verify Paraguay's current status on Spain's list and seek Spanish tax advice before proceeding.
Do I need to notify my home country's tax authority when I leave?
Yes, in most cases. The notification process varies by country. In the UK, you complete form P85. In Germany, you deregister your address (Abmeldung). In France, you file a departure declaration. Your Solution Report includes the relevant steps for your home country.
What happens to my home-country pension after I exit?
This varies significantly by country and pension type. State pensions, private pensions, and employer pensions each have different tax treatment upon departure. In some cases, pension income may remain taxable in your home country regardless of where you are resident. This requires specialist advice specific to your pension arrangements.
Can I still own property in my home country after obtaining Paraguay residency?
Yes — but property ownership in your home country may be treated as a 'tie' that affects your residency status under the SRT (UK) or similar tests. In some jurisdictions, retaining a home available for your use is itself sufficient for continued tax residency. How you structure this matters. Seek specific advice.
Security & data
How is my personal data protected?
All documents are uploaded exclusively via our encrypted, password-protected client portal. No document is ever sent or received by email. Access is IP-protected and restricted to three registered devices. We hold UK GDPR-compliant Data Processing Agreements with every third party who handles your data.
Why don't you accept documents by email?
Sending your passport, birth certificate, and criminal record by email exposes you to interception, accidental forwarding, and indefinite retention in email archives. Our portal-only approach is the correct security standard and the correct GDPR posture. Almost every other provider in this space uses email — we do not.
Who sees my documents?
Only our Operations Director, our in-country Paraguay agent, and the relevant Paraguayan government authorities. No document is shared with any other party without your explicit consent. All processors are bound by UK GDPR-compliant Data Processing Agreements.
Is my portal access shared with anyone?
No. Your portal is individual to you. Access is IP-tracked and limited to three registered devices. If access from an unrecognised location is detected, access is suspended pending re-verification.
How long are my documents retained?
Document retention periods are set out in our Privacy Policy. We retain documents for as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.
Is Bluebond GDPR compliant?
Yes. Bluebond Tax Residency Ltd is a UK company subject to UK GDPR. We maintain a Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Data Processing Agreements with all third-party processors. Our portal infrastructure complies with the technical and organisational measures required under Article 32 UK GDPR.
What happens to my data if I do not proceed past the Solution Report?
If you do not proceed to pre-screening or the full service, your data is retained for the period specified in our Privacy Policy and then deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
After residency
What happens after I receive my Fiscal Residency Certificate?
You have a legally valid tax residency in Paraguay. Your foreign-sourced income is taxed at 0%. You should also ensure your home-country exit conditions have been met and appoint a locally licensed Paraguayan accountant for annual filings.
Do I need to file tax returns in Paraguay?
Yes — annual tax declarations are required in Paraguay even if your Paraguayan-source income is zero. Missing a filing risks your residency status. You will need to appoint a locally licensed Paraguayan accountant to handle these filings.
What if Paraguay changes its tax rules?
Paraguay's territorial system has been in place since 1991 and is enshrined in its constitution. Rule changes are possible but slow-moving. We monitor Paraguayan tax legislation continuously and notify all clients immediately if any material change occurs.
What if Paraguay starts enforcing the 90-day requirement strictly?
We monitor DNM and SET (Subsecretaría de Estado de Tributación) enforcement policy closely. All clients are notified immediately if enforcement practice changes. We provide guidance on how to comply if stricter enforcement occurs. We recommend clients plan for this possibility from the outset.
Can I travel as freely as I do now after obtaining Paraguay residency?
Yes. Paraguay residency imposes no restriction on your travel. You simply need to ensure you are spending less than 183 days in any other country. We recommend visiting Paraguay once in a two years to maintain your residency on a compliant footing.
Can I apply for Paraguayan citizenship later?
Yes. After 3 years of continuous Permanent Residency, you may apply for Paraguayan naturalisation. We do not currently offer a citizenship service, but we can provide guidance on the general requirements.
Will I need a Paraguayan bank account?
Not for the residency process itself. Some clients choose to open a Paraguayan bank account for convenience or to demonstrate economic ties — this is optional. We can advise on the options, but account opening is not included in our service.
What is the annual tax I will owe in Paraguay?
As a territorial tax resident with no Paraguayan-source income, your annual Paraguayan income tax is zero. You will need to appoint a locally licensed Paraguayan accountant for any required annual filings. The only Paraguayan tax that would apply is on income earned from Paraguayan sources, which most clients have none of.
Can my family members also obtain Paraguay residency?
Yes. Family members (spouse, dependants) can apply for Paraguay residency individually. We offer a reduced rate for group/family applications processed on the same batch visit. Contact us for a family pricing quote.
What happens if I decide to return to my home country permanently?
If you re-establish tax residency in your home country, your Paraguay residency can be allowed to lapse — or maintained in parallel, depending on your home country's rules. We advise on managing this transition.
About Bluebond
Who is Bluebond Tax Residency?
Bluebond Tax Residency is part of the Bluebond Group — a UK-based professional services group with Law Society and ACCA affiliations and a five-star client rating. Our Founder personally obtained Paraguay tax residency through this process before we offered it as a service.
Has your Founder actually done this himself?
Yes. Our MD went through the Paraguay residency process personally in 2024. He experienced first-hand the lack of clear guidance, the document complexity, and the anxiety of navigating an unfamiliar system. He built this service because it did not exist in the form he needed. That is independently verifiable.
Who is your in-country agent in Paraguay?
Our Asunción-based agent has direct working relationships inside the relevant government offices and has been processing residency applications for international clients for several years. Her local relationships enable faster processing than any applicant navigating the system independently. She is not a law firm — she is a specialist in this specific process.
Is Bluebond Tax Residency a law firm?
No. Bluebond Tax Residency provides administrative and logistical support for tax residency applications. It is not a law firm and does not provide regulated legal advice. We recommend all clients also consult a qualified tax adviser in their home country regarding their home-country exit obligations.
How many clients have you processed?
We do not publish client numbers publicly. We are a premium, capacity-managed service — we do not process high volumes. Contact us for a reference from a past client if that would be helpful.
Can I speak to someone before purchasing?
Yes. You can book a call with our Operations Director via the Contact page before purchasing anything. We are happy to answer questions and confirm whether our service is appropriate for your circumstances before you commit.
What professional affiliations does Bluebond hold?
The Bluebond Group employs individuals who are affiliated with the Law Society and ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), holds a five-star public rating, and is registered in England & Wales. Those individual professionals are personally accountable to their own regulators, which you can independently verify.
Is Bluebond Tax Residency the same as Bluebond Group?
Bluebond Tax Residency Ltd is a UK limited company that operates as part of the broader Bluebond Group. The Group's existing affiliations, reputation, and client relationships underpin the credibility of this service. The two entities share the same leadership but operate as separate legal entities.
What happens if Bluebond ceases to operate?
Your residency, once obtained, is yours. It is held with Paraguayan government authorities — not with Bluebond. The compliance service can be transitioned to a Paraguayan accountancy firm directly if needed. Your portal documents are exportable at any time. We are transparent about continuity planning.
